Welcome to the IIBA® Nova Scotia Chapter!

International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA®) is an independent non-profit professional association to serve the growing field of business analysis. We are a community-based professional association run by BAs for BAs, supporting IIBA's local members.

Business analysis adds value to initiatives by ensuring that they are well-defined, aligned with organizational goals, cost-effective, and successfully executed. It also facilitates effective communication, risk management, and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle, ultimately contributing to the success of the initiatives.
