Olivia is an experienced business analyst, project manager, and trainer. Her formal education includes an MBA in IT Management and a BS in Computer Information Systems. She holds several industry certifications, including designations from IIBA (CBAP, IIBA-CBDA, IIBA-CCA, IIBA-AAC, ECBA) and PMI (PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA, PMO-CP).
Olivia enjoys mentoring others and giving back to her community. She currently serves as the President of the IIBA Palmetto Chapter and lives in South Carolina.
