The IIBA Nova Scotia Chapter is dedicated to advancing the practice of business analysis within the province by fostering professional growth, networking and collaboration. Our focus is on establishing a robust organizational foundation, expanding our membership base, strengthening partnerships and delivering impactful events and programs.
 
Our mission is to provide aspiring and experienced Business Analysts in Nova Scotia with the tools and skills necessary to be a world class business analyst through a community of engagement, learning and sharing.
 
The vision of the IIBA Nova Scotia Chapter is to:
 
  • Advance the role of the Business Analyst as a recognized profession
  • Support the IIBA Global Chapter’s Strategic Plan
  • Develop a community of sharing
  • Support opportunities for members to network with, and gain knowledge from seasoned BA practitioners
  • Create visibility and awareness of the Knowledge Hub and broader BA Community.
  • Provide opportunities to share expertise, express professional perspectives and build a reputation within the industry
  • Provide and support pathways to learn about business analysis best practices
  • Obtain and maintain a sufficient level of financial security, sustainability and autonomy at the chapter level to sustain the chapter
  • Consistently demonstrate the value of the organization to the BA Community.
