Artificial intelligence (AI) is expected to solve a wide range of business problems, and yet many organizations are struggling with getting value out of their AI investments.  Why are the ambitious AI initiatives not living up to expectations? Why do many of them never get to production? And what does it have to do with business analysis?

Business analysts can play a crucial role in the success of any project. This presentation will summarize how business analysis can help an organization set smart goals for AI initiatives and deliver value through successful projects.

About the Facilitator

Yulia Kosarenko is the author of the book "Business Analyst: A Profession and a Mindset", conference speaker, consultant, and corporate trainer. As the owner of Why Change Consulting Inc., she helps her clients grow mature enterprise architecture and business analysis practices, and plan and execute digital transformation programs. As a Professor of Business Analytics at Humber College, she encourages her students to look for ways to solve business problems using analytics. As a business analysis mentor, she leads the BA Mindset Mentorship Circle and encourages business analysts to learn, adapt, and thrive.
