President

Kathryn Duffy
Kathryn is a Senior Business Analyst with over 14 years of experience leading complex service modernization, public sector transformation, and mission-critical technology initiatives across government and industry. Known for her analytical strength, clarity of communication, and collaborative approach, she specializes in helping organizations translate user needs and policy goals into practical, scalable solutions. A former Director of Professional Development with PMI Nova Scotia and a Citizen Member of the West Hants Audit Committee, Kathryn is a committed contributor to professional and community leadership.
 
As President of the IIBA Nova Scotia Chapter, Kathryn is committed to strengthening the province’s business analysis community by deepening connections among practitioners, consulting firms, staffing partners, and employers of BAs. Her focus is on increasing awareness of the chapter’s value, expanding opportunities for knowledge sharing and professional growth, and ensuring the chapter continues to be a welcoming and visible hub for the BA profession in Nova Scotia.

Finance

Diloj John  Varughese
 

Diloj holds a PMP® and CBAP® certifications and is a highly proficient ERP Functional Consultant and Project Manager with over 16 years of experience in managing and executing large-scale ERP implementation projects across various sectors, including manufacturing, distribution, retail… etc. He is skilled in every aspect of project governance, from risk management and resource allocation to stakeholder engagement and maintaining strict schedule adherence.

His core competencies include digital project management, systems thinking, analytical problem-solving, team leadership, stakeholder negotiation, and optimizing business processes. He is particularly adept at aligning business strategies with system functionalities, improving operational efficiency, and fostering cohesion within teams.

Biola, a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), is a results-driven Business Analyst with over 8 years of experience across sectors such as finance, healthcare, and manufacturing. He has also worked across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Specializing in optimizing business processes and leveraging data and business analysis tools, Biola excels in cross-functional collaboration and process improvement consistently delivering impactful results . With leadership roles and strong analytical skills, Biola is committed to enhancing workflows and driving business success.

Ibrahim Aderemi Adebayo
 
Ibrahim Aderemi Adebayo is a seasoned Telecommunications/IT and Business Systems/Project Leader with over 15 years of experience driving strategic transformation across mobile, fiber and enterprise network environments. Holding a Doctor of science and M.Eng in Telecommunication Engineering, he has led multi-regional technical operations and cross-functional teams for leading organizations such as Eastlink, Airtel, Ericsson, Nokia and Huawei. Beyond his technical expertise, Ibrahim is recognized for his strong communication, marketing, and stakeholder engagement skills — effectively bridging business objectives with innovative technology solutions. His leadership approach emphasizes clarity, collaboration, and purposeful storytelling to align teams and inspire results.
 
A certified CBAP, PMI-RMP, PMP, Google Data Analyst, IBM Cybersecurity Professional, and CCNP; Ibrahim brings a unique blend of analytical rigor and creative insight to his role. As an active IIBA member, he is passionate about promoting the value of business analysis, strengthening professional networks, and enhancing IIBA’s visibility through impactful communication and marketing initiatives.
