President

Harry Madusha
Harry is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) with over 15 years experience offering IT services and products to business users in various domains.
He is recognized for his strong techno functional ability and problem-solving skills. He has worked with various organizations from small start-ups to global conglomerates.
He has a B.Eng. in Electrical and Electronics University, Masters in Business Administration and has other certifications like the CBAP,  ITIL Foundation, Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations, CCNP, COBIT & MCSE
Harry is the founder of NineTech Consulting - a business and technology consulting firm, they specialize in helping small and medium-sized organisations while providing training services to individuals and corporate organizations. 

Finance

Diloj John  Varughese
 

Diloj holds a PMP® and CBAP® certifications and is a highly proficient ERP Functional Consultant and Project Manager with over 16 years of experience in managing and executing large-scale ERP implementation projects across various sectors, including manufacturing, distribution, retail… etc. He is skilled in every aspect of project governance, from risk management and resource allocation to stakeholder engagement and maintaining strict schedule adherence.

His core competencies include digital project management, systems thinking, analytical problem-solving, team leadership, stakeholder negotiation, and optimizing business processes. He is particularly adept at aligning business strategies with system functionalities, improving operational efficiency, and fostering cohesion within teams.

Jane Osemwegie
 
Jane is a passionate and resilient professional with extensive experience in Product and Project Management across several industries.  She was recently recognized as Canada’s Top Black Women to Watch 2024. Jane has expertise in leading cross-functional teams, driving product innovation, and managing complex projects.  She is a  Distinguished  Toastmaster and Past Area Director in District 45 North America, Jane is recognized for her exceptional public speaking and leadership skills. Her recent features in Toastmasters International Magazine and Podcast underscore her influence and dedication to the field. Jane is also a self-published author of the book;  ‘Unleashing Your Inner Power: A Roadmap to Self-Discovery and Growth.’  She was seen on the most prominent billboard -Time Square, New York.

Biola, a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), is a results-driven Business Analyst with over 8 years of experience across sectors such as finance, healthcare, and manufacturing. He has also worked across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Specializing in optimizing business processes and leveraging data and business analysis tools, Biola excels in cross-functional collaboration and process improvement consistently delivering impactful results . With leadership roles and strong analytical skills, Biola is committed to enhancing workflows and driving business success .

Tetiana has been working in IT for nine years, specializing in Business Analysis with significant experience in project management. Her career has spanned diverse industries, including Healthcare Technology, iGaming, and FinTech, where she has managed everything from user migrations to improving banking apps.

With a strong focus on Agile methodologies, Tetiana excels at transforming complex requirements into clear, actionable plans. She enjoys collaborating with teams to bring projects to life.

Outside of work, Tetiana is passionate about animals and volunteers at shelters in her free time.
